What we collect
When you place a pre-order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. If you upload a payment receipt, we store the image or PDF alongside your order record.
What we use it for
Only to fulfil your order: contacting you on WhatsApp or phone, confirming the advance payment, booking the courier, and delivering the hoodie. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Who sees it
FARQ staff who process orders, the payment platform you used to transfer the advance (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank), and the courier that delivers to your door.
